Description

4ply Quarter Round – High Seas: 100gram skeins of hand dyed 4ply pure merino wool hand dyed in a deep blue semi-solid colourway. This colourway pairs beautifully with Deep, Trickle, and Float.

This yarn feels beautifully smooth and soft against the skin. It has a high resistance to pilling, making it ideal for garments as well as shawls, hats, and other accessories. It will work to any knit or crochet pattern requiring a 4ply-weight yarn.

Merino is the softest wool yarn available, and is excellent at regulating body temperature, especially when worn against the skin. Merino sheep need to be shorn at least once a year because their wool does not stop growing.
