Any items marked as back-orders will be dyed and shipped within 7 days of receipt of your order.
We will email you if there is likely to be a longer delay.
Items are delivered within the UK only.
Delivery charges are dependant on the value and weight of the item(s) ordered, based on the following charges:
The actual delivery charge for your order is shown on the Basket and Checkout pages once you have added your items to the basket.
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 3 working days. Once despatched, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery companies.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Items may be returned for a refund of the original cost (excluding shipping) or for exchange for another item. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You must contact us to arrange a return by emailing us at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of your item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Certain items cannot be returned for exchange or refund; these are:
- Knit and crochet kits containing printed patterns
- Sale items
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges will incur an additional shipping cost. Once this is received, your exchange item will be shipped within 3 working days unless it is on back-order (see above).
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the items are defective or damaged. Always obtain a proof of postage for any returned items. You should always return items with adequate compensation cover in case the item is lost in the post. Without adequate cover and proof of the use of this service, we cannot refund you for any returned items that we do not receive.
