Description
4ply Quarter Round – Sunset Party: 100gram skeins of 4ply pure merino wool hand-dyed in a blend of bold red, fiery orange and golden yellow shades, inspired by stunning sunsets over our local Perranporth beach. It tones well with the semi-solid Sweet Chestnut colourway.
This yarn feels beautifully smooth and soft against the skin. It has a high resistance to pilling, making it ideal for garments as well as shawls, hats, and other accessories. It will work to any knit or crochet pattern requiring a 4ply-weight yarn.
Merino is the softest wool yarn available, and is excellent at regulating body temperature, especially when worn against the skin. Merino sheep need to be shorn at least once a year because their wool does not stop growing.
