The Shawl Project Book Five is a shawl crochet pattern book by Joanne Scrace and Kat Goldin of The Crochet Project. The book is in A5 full-colour format, and includes 5 beautiful crochet shawl designs using laceweight yarns.

Each pattern includes full-colour photos plus written instructions and charts in UK terminology with US terminology in brackets.

Yarn Requirements:

• Agate Shawl: a simple sideways shallow triangle shawl using 1 skein of fine 1ply laceweight yarn such as Heavenly Lace
• Carpet of Blossom Scarf: a modular scarf created from a simple motif joined as you go, using 1 skein each of 2ply lace yarn in 2 colours, such as Bright Lace, Sparkle Lace, or Tranquil Lace
• Love Triangles Shawl: a simple triangular shawl worked in solid and relief granny stripes, using 1 skein of 2ply laceweight yarn such as Bright Lace, Sparkle Lace, or Tranquil Lace
• Not So Granny Wrap: an interesting, elegant wrap using 50grams each of 2ply lace yarn in 4 colours, such as Bright Lace, Sparkle Lace, or Tranquil Lace
• Piquant Pineapple Shawl: an edge-first shallow crescent shawl for more adventurous crocheters, using 1 skein of fine 1ply laceweight yarn such as Heavenly Lace
