4ply Gold Sparkle – Forged Metal: a moody blend of deep taupe, charcoal, pewter, and warm brown, evoking hand-forged metal. Its tonal, mottled effect mimics oxidized steel, adding depth and sophistication. Soft yet strong, this hand dyed merino and nylon blend yarn offers luxurious warmth, drape, and an industrial elegance for timeless knits, with a subtle gold sparkle.

This yarn is ideal for next-to-skin knitting and crochet projects such as shawls, hats, socks, etc. Knit one 100gram skein into our Lacy Heart Shawl or Triangle Trellis Shawl designs.

Merino is the softest wool yarn available, and is excellent at regulating body temperature, especially when worn against the skin. Merino sheep need to be shorn at least once a year because their wool does not stop growing.
The nylon element adds durability to the yarn, making it ideal for socks.
Gold stellina is a soft polyester/nylon thread spun into the yarn, which adds a subtle golden sparkle to your finished items.
