Pre-order the exclusive hand-dyed 2025 Yarn Advent – Stories of the Sea! Treat yourself or a fellow yarn-lover to receive this beautiful gift of yarn every week throughout December.
The 2025 Yarn Advent comprises 5 full 100gram skeins of luxury 4ply yarn, with 3 options of yarn base to choose from. All 5 skeins will be of the chosen base. The Advent is presented in a reusable gift box, with each skein individually wrapped, along with a few little extra treats.
2025 Yarn Advent Colourway Inspiration
The 2025 Yarn Advent exclusive colourway theme is Stories of the Sea, which is inspired by images of 5 Cornish legends:
- The Mermaid of Zennor
- The Doom Bar
- Tristan and Isolde
- The Lost City of Lyonesse
- The Sea God Endellion
The skeins can be opened and used in any order; I have designed the colourways to mix and match. Use them together to make a garment or large wrap or throw. Alternatively, use them individually for regular sized shawls, accessories and homewares. Included in the 2025 Yarn Advent is a sheet of pattern ideas and suggestions.
Yarn Choices
Choose your favourite from the following luxury, textured yarn bases:
- 4ply Fleck – soft, high-twist merino with dye-resistant Donegal neps and a warm base shade; makes a soft fabric with lovely drape
- 4ply Merino Boucle – a fun, crimpy yarn with small bobbles interspersed throughout; makes a soft, textured fabric with good drape
- 4ply Silk Baby Suri Alpaca Fluff – exquisitely soft yarn with a lovely crimp; makes a super soft drapey fabric
Payment and Shipping
The 2025 Yarn Advent sets are available in limited numbers for pre-order only. Pre-orders close on 31st July, or once all slots are sold. Orders will be shipped by mid-November.
You have the option to either pay in full when ordering, or in 3 non-refundable instalments.
The instalment option must be paid by Direct Bank Transfer only. The first instalment payment will be due when ordering, with the following 2 payments at monthly intervals afterwards.
