This luxury sock yarn is also ideal for shawls, hats, garments, etc. One 100gram skein goes a long way – I knitted a pair of adult size Tidal Socks plus stretchy fingerless mitts using just one skein of 4ply That Yak luxury sock yarn in this shade, as shown.

Merino is the softest wool yarn available, and is excellent at regulating body temperature, especially when worn against the skin. Merino sheep need to be shorn at least once a year because their wool does not stop growing.
Yak is comparable to cashmere in it’s softness and is warmer than merino wool
The nylon element adds durability to the yarn, making it ideal for socks.
