Delicate lace projects take many hours to knit, so it makes sense to use the finest quality yarn for them. Heavenly Lace in it’s undyed warm ecru shade is a beautiful blend of baby alpaca, cashmere and silk. It’s a delightful yarn to work with and to wear against the skin.

This hand-dyed laceweight yarn can be used with fine beads, which add extra drape and textural interest An example for this is the stunning Kirsti Holaas Shawl pictured.

• Weight: 100grams per skein
• Type: 1ply laceweight, cobweb
• Fibres: 70% Baby Alpaca, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere
• Length: approx. 1200 metres (1312 yards) per 100gram skein
• Recommended needle/hook size: 2mm – 4.5mm (US 0/0 – 6/6) (or larger for a looser finish)
• Care: Cool hand wash, dry flat
